It is possible to arrive at Roskilde University in two ways:

Either you can take the metro fron Kastrup Airport to Nørreport Station (Copenhagen) and change to the train for Trekroner Station. Copenhagen Central Station is the stop after Nørreport Station.

Or you can take the train from Kastrup Airport to Copenhagen Central Station and change to the train for Trekroner Station.

The university is within walking distance from Trekroner Station, and there will be signs indicating the route all the way from the station to the conference rooms.

On the website http://www.rejseplanen.dk/ (in English) you can easily plan your journey from the airport or Copenhagen to Trekroner Station.

Two examples of journeys from the airport to Roskilde University on January 28th:

By metro:

Take Metro M2 from Lufthavnen st. (Metro) towards Vanløse st. (Metro) to Nørreport st. (Metro) at 12.47. Arrival at Nørreport st. (Metro) at 13.02.

Walk from the metro platform up to the train platform. The train will depart form track 2 if nothing else is indicated on the monitors at the station.

Take train RE 4145 from Nørreport st. towards Ringsted st. to Trekroner st. at 13.05. Arrival at Trekroner Station at 13.34. Total travel time approx. 47 minutes.

Follow the signs from Trekroner Station to Roskilde University, Building 01, where the conference takes place. The walking time is approx. 15 minutes. You can see a map over Roskilde University here.

By train:

Take the train ØR 1357 from Københavns Lufthavn, Kastrup st. towards Nivå st. to København H. at 13.14. Arrival at København H. at 13.27.

Change track at Copenhagen Central Station. Check the monitors to see from which track the train leaves.

Take the train RE 2549 from København H. towards Holbæk st. to Trekroner st. at 13.34. Arrival at Trekroner Station at 13.57. Total travel time approx. 43 minutes.
